Kodak ACCUMAX RED7 Photoplotter Film
Kodak ACCUMAX RED7 photoplotter film is a red-sensitive film designed for high-productivity environments where rapid processing is critical. RED7 film utilizes Integrating Bio-Technology (IBT) processing to achieve exceptionally sharp line edge quality. Scratch-resistant and abrasion-resistant surfaces ensure a long master film life.
RED7 film has dual red sensitivity at 633 nm and 670 nm and can be used with photoplotters that use helium-neon (HN) or red laser diode (RLD) exposure sources. RED7 film is processed in IBT-compatible developers, such as Kodak ACCUMAX fast developer and replenisher.
Product Functions
With its hard-edge quality, superior dimensional stability, and outstanding durability, we are committed to providing customers with easier, more useful, faster, and more cost-effective imaging.
Kodak PCB films utilize the latest integrated pressurization technology, pioneered by Kodak, designed for the most efficient and user-friendly workflow. Specifically created for PCB lithography tools, they are ready to use out of the box.?
Product Advantages
Kodak Photoplotter Film (PCB film) is tailor-made for the PCB industry. Leveraging Kodak's century-long expertise in imaging, it employs advanced technology and nucleated emulsion technology to provide high-quality solutions for PCB manufacturing.
Kodak Photoplotter Film packaging prioritizes cleanliness, employing a multi-layered, vacuum-sealed aluminum foil bag for protection against abrasion during transport and a longer shelf life; a transparent plastic bag prevents dust, while a rigid plastic liner optimizes cleanliness; a cutout in the upper right corner facilitates darkroom identification; and a unique label provides complete product information and traceability.
Applicable Scenarios and Equipment
Kodak Photoplotter Film products are widely used in the electronics industry, including for prototyping, creating highly complex circuit boards, and producing high-volume circuit boards. Different film models are compatible with various brands and models of photoplotters, such as UCAMCO/Barco, Dainippon Screen, and Orbotech.
