Product Introduction

ZK-108-0001 Fixer Cleaner is a new type of environmentally friendly cleaning agent with a neutral pH value. It will not corrode mechanical components and can be reused 2-3 times. This product is suitable for cleaning film processors, CTP plate processors, and PS plate processors.

Steps for cleaning the fixing tank using a circulation device:

• Drain the bleaching and fixing solution and rinse the tank and circulation system with warm water.
• Pour the prepared fixer cleaner directly into the fixer tank, start the circulation pump and heating to circulate the solution until the system is clean. After cleaning for at least 30 minutes, drain the tank and circulation system, and rinse thoroughly with warm water.
• If necessary, the roller rack can be removed, and the rollers can be gently washed with a soft brush moistened with cleaning solution. For heavy deposits, solid roller racks can be soaked overnight. However, hollow roller racks should not be soaked; instead, the rack should be removed, and the rollers gently washed with a soft brush moistened with cleaning solution.
• Soaking temperature should not exceed 80℃ and the time should not exceed 72 hours. Developing a regular cleaning habit is more effective than waiting until heavy deposits form.?

Fixing tank and pipeline cleaning steps

• Empty and rinse the replenishment tank and pipes with warm water (the working tank of the expansion machine should also be emptied, or the tank should be filled with cleaning fluid).
• Pour the prepared fixer cleaning solution directly into the replenishment tank, and use a soft brush moistened with the cleaning solution to scrub the tank's perimeter.
• Turn on the replenishment pump to allow the fixer cleaner to flow into the fixer tank through the tubing. Then turn off the replenishment pump and ensure the system soaks for at least 30 minutes. Drain or remove the cleaner from the replenishment tank along with the fixer tank, and thoroughly rinse the replenishment tank and fixer tank with warm water. Simultaneously, turn on the replenishment pump and thoroughly rinse the tubing.
  

Cleaning steps for rinsing sinks and racks

• Close the discharge valve.
• Pour the prepared fixer cleaning solution directly into the fixer tank, start the circulation pump and heating to circulate the solution until the system is clean. If necessary, remove the tank holder and gently scrub the rollers with a soft brush moistened with cleaning solution. Drain and thoroughly rinse the tank with warm water.
• For heavy sediments, solid roller trough frames can be soaked overnight. However, hollow roller trough frames must not be soaked; the frames should be removed, and the rollers gently brushed with a soft brush moistened with working fluid. The soaking temperature should not exceed 80°C, and the soaking time should not exceed 72 hours. Note: Gloves, masks, and protective clothing must be worn.

Use clean trucks for transportation. Each package should not be stacked more than three layers high, and the bottom layer should be secured with a non-slip pallet to prevent squeezing, deformation, or tipping.
