Product Introduction

KEY-290 blue etching protective adhesive is a water-based vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion.

This product can prevent debris from splashing after cutting and prevent cracks from forming on the surface of workpieces such as lenses, wafers, silicon wafers, metals, and ceramic substrates, thereby improving the yield of processed products.?

Application Scope

This product can quickly form a uniform organic protective film on the surface of workpieces such as lenses, wafers, silicon wafers, metals, and ceramic substrates, which can promptly disperse heat, prevent the thermal energy of the laser from spreading and causing the cutting path to be too large, effectively prevent the splashing of debris after cutting, prevent workpiece cracks, chipping, and surface scratches, and improve the processing yield.
The workpiece surface is smooth and free of slag residue, improving processing accuracy. The cut surface is smooth and flat without burrs, with a narrow cutting gap. It also avoids damage to the processing equipment caused by the generated spatter and dust, improving processing efficiency and saving equipment and material costs.
It is also suitable for producing A2-grade fire-resistant aluminum composite panel core materials with high strength and low water absorption. It has high tensile strength and low water absorption.
It can be dried at high temperatures without turning yellow. It has excellent adhesion to pigments and fillers, and the resulting core material has high peel strength.

Transportation and storage

It is recommended to store the glue in an environment of 5-30℃ to prevent it from freezing. Once frozen, the glue cannot be used.

Transport using clean trucks, with each package stacked no more than five layers high, and the bottom layer secured with a non-slip pallet to prevent squeezing, deformation, or tipping.

Keep sealed, avoid direct sunlight and high heat.
